The Visitors services desk at the BT Convention Centre is located in the city side of the Galleria and is open between 0800hrs - 1800hrs on event days. It has a range of information such as bus / train timetables, list of attractions, restaurants and hotels and can assist you with transport requirements and any general enquires you may have.
